who are we
CPR EVENTS are young adult events aimed to encourage connection and prayer across Aotearoa with young adults aged 18 and over.
HEB 10:23-25 says
"Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."
This is achieved through CPR Communion and CPR FUNX10,000.
Is commonly on a Saturday night from 6:30pm to late where the 3 Fs are in-forced. Fun, Fellowship, and Food. The focus of the night is connecting with each other through an activity, breaking down walls and being encouraged in our faith through testimony. Every CPR event always finishes in small groups praying for each other and waiting in expectation to how God will answer those prayers.
Is a mid week event commonly on a Wednesday night from 7pm to 9:30pm, where we run a night or singing and praise and focus on Jesus by doing what he told us to do which was remember Him, through communion. It is a night where you can reset, reconnect, and recommit to our saviour and be reminded that we are created on purpose for a purpose and that he has a job for us to do (Eph 2:10), which includes working in your local church. Every CPR event always finishes in small groups praying for each other and waiting in expectation to how God will answer those prayers.
CPR is run by a committee of 10-16 adults from all over the Waikato and Tamaki Makaurau whom all attend their local church in these regions. The team Consist of a.....

As youth leaders and elders in our local churches a number of adults observed 3 main things.
Our young people either get married and settle down or leave the church.
If they stayed at church they seldom connected outside the 4 walls of the church with other young adults commonly due to how committed they are in church.
And they would forget there God given right....that they are children of the RISIN KING.
So CPR was born, with HEB 10:23-25 as our founding verse "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."
CPR is the result of what we considered and our way of spur one another on. Prayer is just one way we encourage and develop love and goods in our young adults. We are deliberate in making sure young adults connect with those they do not know at our events and that they pray together (meet together). CPR is not another church service, but an opportunity for young adults to remember......who they are.......who they serve......and that they are created on purpose for a purpose.
There is ONE God in three persons : God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit
We believe In the deity of the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ : his virgin birth, his sinless life, his victorious and atoning death, his miraculous bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of the Father. He will one day return to earth to reign forever as the King of kings, and Lord of lords
We believe The Holy Bible is the infallible Word of the Living God - it is authoritative and the foundation for all Christian doctrine, written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit of God
We believe that all mankind, although made in the very image of God and designed to live eternally, is separated from a relationship with God because of sin. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ alone as God’s offer of forgiveness, can man be made right and saved from sin’s penalty - death and eternal separation from God
We believe in the value of observing the sacraments given by God : taking communion/Lord's supper and that through being one with God and each other people will see our good deeds and praise our father in heaven.
